You can use windows password reset disk to change the password. It’s easy to make a reset disk with usb drive. However, you need another windows pc to burn the disk.

thanks, but how can I create a password reset disk with USB? I have a USB drive with 2GB. reply

The recovery methods depend on whether you use a Microsoft account or local account to sign in to Windows 10. If you use a Microsoft account, just need to reset the password at https://account.live.com/password/reset

If you use a local account, you can reset the password by using a USB or CD flash drive.

To use a Windows 8 installation disk or recovery drive to reset Windows 8 local account password, follow this tutorial: http://www.top-password.com/knowledge/reset-forgotten-windows-8-password.html

Windows 8 ISO image could be downloaded for free from Microsoft. reply

If you are protecting your PC with Microsoft account then you can try reseting your MS password and it will resolve the issue. reply
