MKV file with no sound nor image (using Divxplus, win player & winamp)

when using DivxPlus, it says...

`` Unsportted Subtitle Format

This Subtitle file is an unsportted format

and cannot be played ``

I get no image, no sound (same goes for Win Player)

and whenever I use Winamp, it’s the same thing. Up Until a few moments ago though...winamp could play the sound. still no image

help?

Same problem, I’ve tried any number of converters but there’s always a problem either with the image or withe sound.

I wish I could hep. If I find the solution, I’ll post it. In the meantime let’s hope someone comes up with an answer...
