Well i tried using a wall charger and it never worked and when i turned it on while still in the wall charger the red light came on and it started charging. My answer is to keep it on while charging cause that’s the only thing that works :) reply

Heya guys!I have an Mp4 and no matter HOW many times I charge it it won’t work. Also,I kept it ALL night and when I woke up to check it,it wouldn’t even SWITCH-ON!!I left it on charging again, and it only remained switched on when it was being charged-you could SEE the charging was,you know, full but as soon as you took it off,it switched off too!PLZ PLZ HELLLLLPPPPPP!!!! reply

@ rayslin: I think I know why it works that way. I just tried your advice, and I believe that the reason it works is because the power is being transferred from one device to another. It will only transfer data when the device is turned off. Hoping that this helps. reply

Most probable reason is the battery does not have over charge over discharge circuit built in (assuming it has a rechargeable lithium. In this case either the battery was destroyed either going overcharge or over discharge. I would say battery is dead. I would try to go after warranty if any left on the player. reply

Help ! When i play a song on my mp3 multimedia player, it plays for about 10 seconds then turns off. It only works when I plug it on the wall and listen to a song. What are the specific instructions for this problem ? reply
