i’m currently dl’ing a .avi file but it wont play properly on any device i currently have (quicktime, WMP, realplayer, DivX) it says it may be corrupt but this has happened with every single other movie file i have tried to download in the past for a while now, only certain movies seem to be exempt, any help would be appreciated (like avi codecs and how to install properly...) reply

they are torrent files usually (sometimes limewire)

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. I know how it is to want to stay ahead o the game but restraint iss the key word here. If it works leave it alone. If you get a movie occassionanally that doesn’t work, so what ! Just delete it. Joe S.
