This is a nice tool for transcoding H264 MKV files to Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 compatible formats (MP4 and M2TS/AC3). You your Playstation 3 / Xbox 360 needs to be relatively up-to-date with the latest media/firmware updates.
This tool requires:
AC3 filter
Haali Media Splitter
and Nero AAC Encoder (not strictly required, but provides better audio quality)
