My windows movie maker worked fine a month ago,but now that im starting a new project it wont let me import any videos b/c “annot be imported because the codec required to play the file is not installed on your computer. If you have already tried to download and install the codec, close and restart Windows Movie Maker, and then try to import the file again."

what can i do?

wow! $49.99 for a popsicle maker??? i used to remmeber making it the poor man’s way. took a regular ice cube tray, poured juice and stuck toothpicks through plastic wrap. difficult to eat but nevertheless fun for a little kid of the '80s. :P reply

The most compatible video format for WMM is wmv. You need to get a third party program to convert your original video to WMV. Download Brorsoft Video Converter to help you. reply
