Winbond decompressor

ok dont no where to start i installed the megacodec from k-lite and now i have a small prob when i open gspot to check my codecs i get one error report about the Winbond 32-bit W9967 decompressor when i double click the error than a pop up comes and say whats the prob and where its located it says in my windows /system32
its missing the W9967.dll i just reinstalled my whole comp so not a prob there what to do please as its making a big prob for me as i suddenly cant watch my movies anymore
