I have some old video files. I believe they were recorded in True Motion TMOT format. Where can I find that codec?

I’ve been looking for this one for a long time too (the original installer for Windows, if one exists), without success. That’s TrueMotion S by Horizon Technologies.
I believe libavcodec-based players and filters (links below) can play it. (I’m basing that on what’s written here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TrueMotion_S)
