Playing a downloaded movie

I recently downloaded utorrent and then went to seedpeer and downloaded Iron Man 2 - how do i play the movie. I then downloaded FLV player, but when i look for the file to play the movie, it doesn’t appear anywhere!! How do i get the movie to play -
