How can i get this codec?

I play “cmp4” files by “Backup Viewer” of comartsystem.com.

CMP4 codec is a kind of Morgan MJPEG Decompressor variant.
But there are different seriеs of CMP4 codec - You can see unacceptable distortions on video, especially at edges of moving objects.
