Fourcc code iv32

Hi, i ve got the following problem, i would like to play a certain movie but while trying to play it i recieve the following error:
fourcc code iv32 not installed, i have the latest version of ms media player installed, i ve also tried to play the movie with the latest version of Divx and dowloaded the EO video player but in every one of those players i get the same error massage, could anyone help me with this problem, i would really appreciate it.

PS. Im kinda new to this subject of codec, so it s possible that the sollution of the problem is very easy, but i m simpy just a rookie in this. reply

Rahul,When I did this demo, the first dlaiog you mention didn’t pop up. I noticed on the Fedora spec page for this that it was supposed to be there, but in my version, no dice. I did do it with Rawhide two days before Werewolf was released, but it should have been in there by then, don’t you think?As far as Fedora gaining monetarily, that’s not my concern. My concern is that *only* one option is available, there should be more than one in the name of competition. I’m glad that it’ll be possible to do this in the future, so I’m excited.Cheers,Herlo reply
