cant open avi movie

i recently downloaded a movie, .avi , and when i open it with windows media player, it only gives me sound! how do i fix it?

may be you should install some codec, or you can try to convert this movie to a wmv format.

maybe u can search some plugs for your windows media player on the web to update it,

your windows media player might not install divx codec or something, and the .avi movies you downloaded were might be encoded using codecs.

you can convert those files to mpeg or wmv format using some converters such as Xilisoft Video Converter

i have encode it into avi but it is still can’t working...???

in xilisoft product which one is the best choice for mpeg-4 format???

anyone knows about ds_audio format?? how can i chang it into avi format???
