Audio but no video

Most probably you do not have a proper codec (Audio/video or both) Click yes to visit the ?????? page to download the proper codecs.

That is what it says verbatim, and I get the audio just no video, what do I need to download?

Hey there- just go do www.divx.com/divx and download the free code bundle. Install the codec (the player is optional) and you should be all set.

Okay, thanks. But that only worked for on of them, when I try to play the other one (via windows media player) it now says

Class factory can not supply requested class.


and the only difference in the one that won’t work and the one that did work is that the one that did work says supported, and the one that won’t work says unsupported. Also the one that won’t work is a little bit bigger, but I don’t think that has anything to do with it.
