WwW.Ai3d.NeT Guest | try a new version of WINRAR other-wise use the built-in repair feature of WINRAR, if both doesn’t work then you are out of luck mate.

Laksh Guest | This message may be displayed together with the message “CRC failed in file name. The file is corrupt” and may help to detect exactly which volume is corrupt. If a big file is split between a few volumes and only one volume has been damaged after archive creation.
Depending on corrupt archive details, RAR may display or skip this message. The message “CRC failed in file name. The file is corrupt” is always displayed if the file
data are damaged.

Laksh Guest | Yea can try the rar repair utility. Trial won’t help much so you either buy it or go for an illegal one(not preferred).

NoCampersFluffy Guest | This may help
http://help.wugnet.com/winrar/Error-Message-Packed-data-CRC-failed-ftopict21.html
Basically their is a option to keep broken files on the extract two tab. While you may have error come up the resulting files still work. Works for me.

kevchip Guest | That works for me as well, just ignore the pop up message when extracting the file.

Sri_1984 Guest | Hi,Everyone
Even i faced the same problem when extracting files from a downloaded winrar file.I re-installed winrar and the files too,but it didn’t work for me..
It worked when i downloaded the same file using “Mozilla Firefox”.But make sure that there won’t be any other programme running on your PC while downloading the winrar file.It definitely works.....if not then it’s up to your fate!!
