Sony TD 66 MP3/MP4 Player Problem

I got Sony Td 66 4GB player.But I couldnt store this much space with the songs.it is not taking the songs more than 30 to 35.what should be done to store the songs upto full capacity?
also tell me how to load and play the video music in the player.Please help me.
