problem with inovix imp 305 mp4 player

i have bought an inovix mp3 (mtv) player 2 days ago and have used it straight away. But when i was listening to it that night suddenly the music stopped and the screen went black and some white chinese writing come up for a second then the bye bye screen come up. so i turned it back on and it did the same and the battery says full and also lt won’t charge please help me

Been searching forums for any replys or answers so far with no luck but it has turned up this problem on several sites !
Cant get it to charge , battery appears full but same switch of and white chinease writing after a few seconds !
