PRO1 MP4 Player help needed

Does anyone have a PRO1 Mp4 player? I think it’s chinese but not sure. I need help with some basics etc.

i already installed the driver but it does’nt work

i hav it too, i dont have it’s driver. but i can put in songs via USB. The thing is , i tried to store mp4 n Avi inside, but kenot work, how???
