MP4 digital player problem

the chager is doesnt work or not,i dont know
but when iam put in to the charge it doesnt do that lwn work.
what can i do for that

my mp4 player turns on but when i turn it on the mp4 player
IT SAYES BIOS AKV3.0.3&TXV8.01

I have sony mp4 digital player, which is produced in China, I want to make music, but I can not play, I dnt even see it in my players, I do not know what would be the right format for download should i ... please help! give me any file format can not be my mp4.

I have an Emerson 4GB that’s all it says on the thing. When I connect it to my PC via USB, I get a little more information:
ctw700. But when I google it, I get nothing, nada. It plays music fine, and played the videos that were on it, fine, but none of the videos I load run. I just think it’s wierd I can’t even find an image of it on the web anywhere.

When i connect my player in USB port for first 2 seconds its displaying " Found New Hardware”.Then, after 2 seconds its showing “Your new drive might be in risk, it might won’t work properly”.
when i make “scan for hardware changes” in Device Manager also, its not detecting in my computer....But its charging when i connect to USB port..

hi! i have a problem. i just buy my mp4 for 4 months which is an unknown brand. first, it works fine but few monts later the battery became weak. although i charged it for 5 hours or a days, the battery only last for 5 or less minutes
