MP4 digital player problem

Hey I have a MP4 Digital Player and everything works except for when I plug any kind of head phones to it, I get no sound from it.

Ok I have a MP4 Digital Audio/Video Player but the thing is, I can play music fine, but when I put video’s on it doesnt matter if its AVI, MP3, MP4, or w/e, I went to the Movie folder when I turn it on and it says No Files!, i dont understand cuz my gf had videos on it and mine were in the saem spot and the same format and they dont work...

My mp4 can on and I can open radio only, but can’t Music,Movie,Record,voice, and Picture. When I open these five programs a note came up,“Disk Error” I don’t know what is the problem.
