mp4 audio files loading error

Hi
i have one digital mp4 looks like a appod. earlier it was showing flash format error. but with drag and adrop window option i have solved this propbalm done formatad it . after that i loaded few songs means two or three songs in proper mp3 format. but when i go on music option in the player it show loading and nevr show any playlist or not play and songs. even it play radio. seconldy when i goes to pictures it restartd automaticaly. can you please guide me wht procedure should i obey to solve this problam.
