I know I may sound like a dick... but you are all stupid. The Chinese Player that most of you have bought, same here, it is not a firmware problem. It is a hack into it to make you think it is perfect, but it is a memory hack and a cheap knock-off to any music device you have ever bought. I dont know how to fix this problem, and if I had known what I know now I never would have bought the damn thing. I recommend everyone who bought this to throw it away and buy something that is real!
