common video to MP4 convertor(free and non-cracking)

I find a tool to convert video to mp4 format.
it support 3gp & mp4 output format(it’s designed for phone),but i find no way to upload it.whoever need it can leave your e-mail .i’ll try my best to send u a copy.

output format: *.mp4:video (176*144)sound(64-192kbps;stereo or mono)
*.avi:video(208*176)15fps
*.3gp(i guess u r not interested)

i’m sorry i found that 320*240 solution isn’t supported ,but i’ll keep searching.
