I think that I formatted it and lost the firmware. If anyone can help,plzzzz....

I recently bought a firmware version:

2011/03/14

2011/08/31
AS211A_V1003

Off ebay. It worked perfectly fine, until I connected it to the computer to load some files onto it, at which point all the existing files on the player disappeared. Now whenever I try to move files onto it, it shows them being loaded on the computer screen, but once I disconnect from the computer and turn the player on, all the files disappear.

Any suggestions? I’d really appreciate any help I can get!

Just bought the new MP4-player in 6g Nano design and it has no touchscreen :(. Is it possible to download a new firmware and “activate” the LCD-screen on it?

connect it to your pc via usb and and go to my computer and find the drive with your mp3. ight click on it on its going to say format. do not do a quick format

i have the same mp4, and a near problem, it stoped to work,works only conected in pc, but not normal, it happened after 3 days using.

And what about software for this firmware? :)

During switching player on - it’s only a fast blink on the screen, and then nothing, no loading.
