I have problem with my MP4 player when I connect it to my PC , it can not connect in my display LCD before this time showed a picture who told that is connected now it don’t show this picture I think it is cable but when I connect it to electricty adapter it works I tried Firmware Upgrade in my pc tells that I have a problem with drivers but in all computer it can’t connect please help me if you find a solution send it to my mail.Thanks

hey i brought home an ipod mp4 carved apple ipod on it from khasa (china) it showed me 498mb at the starting suddenly 2 days back it showed me 213mb i upgraded the wrong firmware and now my player isnt taking in any firmware.i think i need the same original one::

mine is the mp-693 chip board and it had menus like fm,ebook,game,photos,video,telebook,music,etc

I recently purchased 2 of these chinese MP4 ipod knockoffs but I am unsuccessful in getting them to recharge the battery, no matter what I try. Is this possibly a problem with the firmware version or something else. Please help! Can someone out there please supply me with the correct firmware version or a solution to my problem? I have a Chinese MP4 player.

2Gb became 476mb after FAT format
Firmware Version: Core:PMA300_010 Date:2006-03-15 FW:SRX-3.5.37 Date:2006-03-24

I had opened the cover to identify the chip, it was Samsung 4 Giga Bit=512MB, so atleast i was satisfied that

the chip was Samsung.

Earlier in power-off mode(Main switch in off position), the drive was getting identified on all the 3

OS’s(win98, win2000, win2003). Then it failed to identify and only in the power-on mode(main switch in on

position) it was getting identified, the battery was not getting charged.

Now, in the power-on mode too the drive is not getting identified and the battery is getting charged.

Any clue, all help highly appreciated.

i got an mp3/mp4 ipod clone (with video) w/c has a 4GB mem.. problem is it wont play all d songs and sometimes says format error.. it plays up to the 20th song more or less then stops dead and initializes again back to the first song.. i tried looking for a firmware but dnt know w/c one.. AND first of all, how do i find the the version info and stuff.. all i got is

Hai guy’s...
I done a great mistake that’s wrong firmware updated with my sony mp4. It Turns to a black screen there is no detection since i plugged it to my system again and again,,could you please help me to recover my mp4..
