Vista problem HELP?

I am not sure if this is truly the place to post my vista problem, but this is the only forum I have ever received help on. =)

I have Vista Business and it has an automatic account log off feature that is closing the programs I want to leave running and logging off into hibernation mode after a certain amount of time (an hour I think). I used to have XP and when it automatically logged off after a certain amount of time, it still left the programs running and did not close them. Where in the control panels of Vista Business can I find the option to fix this problem? Is it Vista that is closing out my program (utorrent) or is it the program itself shutting down due to Vista automatically logging my account off and going into hibernation? I tried adjusting utorrent’s shutdown under it’s Option Tab, but utorrent was still shut down when vista automatically logged me off.

Where are the control options for auto log off for Vista Business? How can I change them? Thank you for taking the time to read this. =)
