QT video problem

Hello,
I just purchased a Kodak digital camera and recorded some movies in quicktime .mov format. When I play the mov files on win xp pc, the video played once and afterward, screen is black but the audio plays fine everytime. I’m new to video on pc so not sure where problem is. I’ve re-installed QT but no change so I’m searching for solutions on web. Thanks for the help.

You could try quicktime alternative instead.
