Panasonic IC Recorder - How can I convert into and MP3 or WAV

Okay so I really need to email a recording and when the recipient cannot open the file because it is a Panasonic-only file. In need to convert it into WAV or and MP3.

My operating system is a Vista.... (which I am growing to hate).

I am not very computer savy so if you can help me out please do

Well can you tell us more about the files you have? What’s the extension? What model IC recorder are you using? Any other information about the file? If in doubt feed it into one of the diagnostic utilities mentioned here http://www.moviecodec.com/topics/61931p1.html
