What if I play a movie and it doesn’t play the audio, I checked everything, and Itunes plays songs that I can hear, so its not a speaker problem. reply

1)I WENT TO ISO, DOWNLOADED 3 TORRENTS
2)downloaded utorrent and opened.
3) downloaded xp codec Pack & opened.
4) downloaded windows media player classic
NOT NECESSARILY IN THAT ORDER - THEN
I’m not sure - but I double clicked on the torrent file and not sure but two of the movies were converted into avi file and I could then play them with windows media player.
however, the 3rd movie i can’t play -windows media says it can’t render it.
when i click on the torrent file and try to open with either utorrent OR xp codec
WINDOWS SAYS THAT I’VE ALREADY INTALLED U TORRENT OR XP CODEC - please uninstall before installing.
when i try to go through windows media player it says file can’t be rendered.
So what am i doing wrong?? am i supposed to double click on the torrent file and it does the rest automatically?? or am i supposed to use windows media player and try to open the torrent file and it automatically converts to a media file and allows me to play?"??
I’m lost.
don’t remember how I managed to get the first 2 torrent files to play? moving to fast I guess. Thanks for any help. reply

krazymouse,
Audio format please.

suesara,
Explain in further detail. Include file format, and if it completed.

faizal ahme & Shamail,

You’ve downloaded a file that has DRM protection.
Please remove it. I bet you it’s a .wmv file.

Davidoff & Clint, convert the .avi to DVD format.
Use ConvertXtoDVD
http://www.vso-software.fr/products/convert_x_to_dvd/

TAFF, helpme8822, Hereshekiss & Brennan,
You most likely need an Xvid codec.

I download films and music through utorrent and isohunt.
I recently had a problem with my pc. Since i got it back whenever i got to download a file in isohunt it comes up find save or cancel. Selecting save lets me downloads it but then clicking on it it says windows must know what program created it. Selecting find just comes up with windows must know what program created it aswell. Any help would be greatfull reply
