When I make a video clip 720 x 480 at 29.97 fps in Microsoft mpeg 4 format I can play it with Windows media player but I can’t go FULL screen with the video?
But if I make the same video in regular MPEG-1. I can play it with Windows media player I can get this one to go FULL screen why?
Why doe Microsft mpeg 4 not go full screen like the regular mpeg-1????
