I tried to get DivX. The DivX programme asked med to get Quick Time in order to play the movie, and I got that too. Now I can see it.

It works... thank you!!!

i think if the movie is downloaded from the net , could be its error because of the incomplete download of the movie or the movie could be corrupted ...

Some 'genius'. Instead of making fun of people who are trying to learn their computers — - why don’t you tell them how to fix it?
RealPlayer will play files that Windows Media won’t. Seems to me, changing the extension of the file might work as well.
