how to convert ogm and sfv to avi/mpeg

I need help. I downloaded a bunch of videos and they have the extensions .ogm and .sfv. I need to convert them to .avi or mpeg(preferably avi). I’ve tried all the other forums and 3 or 4 converting softwares, none of which worked. Someone please help me out on this.

Google OGM to AVI there’s a program that works for it, let me guess you downloaded something in a different language and it’s subtitled? ;-)
