I have been having problems running Gspot it works sort of but when I go to turn it off I keep on getting:

Gspot.exe Application error 0X10001168 memory at 0x3508FFFF

Also at time when I go to check a movie I get a black screen over Gspot saying somthing about bad codec ( does that it mean that it is te movie) or me. Also at the bottom there is somthing about Lame codec.

Another error when I turn off the Gspot is:

the Instruction at “0x10000116e” reference memory at “0x1990ffff”, The memory could not be “read”

Click on the OK to terminate the problem.

To top this off the movies play just fine?

Could any of this be caused by my Zone Alarm

It’s a trojan !

Check for a process called netsh.exe blinking in the processses list. A program called hpsysmon.exe and gspot.exe should be handled.

Tha bastards that made the codecs assembly are to blame

huh So true! Yesterday I found trojans on my computer and after a bit of research !smiley I started to suspect Gspot. (got the same mem error) And how surpised I was!! This thread is one of the few I found concerning about this one to be malware... So let’s spread the word!
