I am facing problem in opening VOB extension files. Please help me on this. 
Has this tool been removed? I open the link and get the error “404 File Not Found”.

Yeah, I stopped development on the MovieCodec Codec Tool some time ago and removed it from the website. I do not have the time to do custom application development at this time. I hope to be able to sometime in the future.
I replaced the link with one to AVIcodec.
