CTP divX??

hi. I downloaded a bad boys 2.
I have sound but no picture. It’s a divX file.
It sayz (CTP) divx.
I have all the encoders I need but something is wrong but i cant figure out what

try uninstalling all your codec and install just divx or the kazaa codec pack

i have the italian job (ctp) and it has the same problem. i tried uninstalling the pack, because my windows media player kept crashing with it. i only kept the divx codec and i only get sound.
