Can't watch ANY video file

Hi, as i said, any video file seems to work. I have WMPlayer 9 and a bunch of codec that i used with my last PC but now nothing works. I can see the small preview pic on the folder but once i load it on WMP it completely froze my PC. My most common formats are wmv, avi and mpg and i have lost my nerve with this, any help will be greatly appreciated.

I did, DIVX help but i found the real problem. It’s about my GeForce FX6200, with hardware acceleration, if is complete all MPG and WMV files crash my PC, while on middle acceleration everything works decently. I’m still at loss here, i think i gonna contact NVIDIA for some help.

when i play it to my JETAUDIO.. it says that i cant play that video becuase of something.. a higher version og media player is required?? my gahd.. hmm.. if i convert the video? will it help?
