m-jpeg

Hi,
I am having a problem importing a mpeg file. This file is based on m-jpeg. I can import it in Adobe Premier Pro, but the movie become shocky and the images are not fluent.

I have installed g-spot and other codecs, but it doesn’t work.
Can somebody help me!
