whatever files you get delete the other file and rename the mian file with extension .iso and then open it any software like iso.

wow most of you are making this much more complicated than it is...read the advice....and just do it..it’s so simple that if you can’t accomplish it without hours of work you should not be using these types of files to begin with...any noob could do this... reply
