DVR File - Cannot find software to play or convert

Hi, I am in possession of a 600mb video file in .DVR file format and I cannot find anything that will play it, or convert it to a recognizable file format.
Can anyone help?

If it is, maybe you’re screwed. Just kidding, try downloading AllToAVI from here http://alltoavi.sourceforge.net/index.php or even try importing it into NeroVision.
