.BIN Video File

I have downloaded a video file and it came with a .BIN file, but no .CUE file. I have read the boards and i have gotten the cue making program, and i have downloaded the isobuster and magic iso programs but when i still try to burn the movie it doesnt seem to want to burn. Am i doing something wrong? And could somebody if its no trouble walk me through the ISO programs this is my first day using these programs. Thanks

try to mount the (BIN)image file using power iso.you can watch the movie in virtual drive.
