For anyone who has PICVideo and www.jpg.com on their video capture delete these files from system32 folder on your computer and the problem will be resolved. Promise..... pvmjpg21.dll, pvmjpg20.dll, pvmjpg20.hlp, pvljpg20.dll, pvwv220.dll, pvmjpg30.dll, and pvmjpg30.chm reply



Worked perfect. Just have to refresh the thumbnail. reply

what message do you get when trying to delete?? i will guess that you have a video program running...if so close down all programs and then delete...files (dll) cannot be deleted if they are in use...also what video program has this 'pcivideo' showed up on?? reply
