I have a .mov file that was created on a Mac using FinalCut. I’m told it is a Mpeg2
It plays on the newest version of QuickTime Player on Mac.
The only program I have found to open it on my Windows Vista machine is VLC media player. I want to edit this video and output it to DVD but can’t seem to get it into a workable format.
I have Pinnacle 14 HD which can’t view the file. Tried DviX Author which can’t see it.
Codec information listed in VLC is:
Codec mpvg
Res 1280x720
frame rate 29.97
Audio: Codec Sowt Channels: Stereo Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
I can upload it to YouTube and it looks just fine. Thanks for any help getting this on to file out to DVD
