Like they all said.... VCD Gear is perfect. Download it here http://www.vcdgear.com/download.html
Then, after you open VCD, make sure you choose whichever option is needed. If you have a Bin file, you dont need to extract it, just open Load it on vcd, but make sure you select the drop down menu to “bin [disc image] -> mpeg”
Then click START at the bottom of VCD Gear, it will convert the entire movie in about 50 seconds.
Actually, I don’t know what is the file with .BIN extension.
If it’s from VCD, this video converter can help you out.
Every effort I made with VCD GEAR, made a file that had sketchy audio and no video. What is wrong?

Then open your bin file with isobuster and then click on mpegav. Right click on the .dat file. It should be named something like avseq01.dat. Once you right click, click on extract but filter only m2f2 mpeg frames. Then choose the destination and click okay and it should work
or try VCDGear It can convert *.BIN to *.MPG
