Download Windows Media Video 9 VCM
This download allows WMV3 (Windows Media Video 9) encoding and decoding in an AVI container. It also allows WMV3 decoding (both in ASF/WMV and AVI) on older versions of Windows (95, 98 First Edition, and NT 4).
