Installing NeroACC

Hi. I need to install an ACC codec to use with Premiere Pro 7. I downloaded Nero ACC codec . I copied the 3 .exe files in windows/system32 and tried with Adding new hardware in Windows but the codecs do not appear in the list. What am I doing wrong. Please help me with this

It’s a command-line encoder!
It’s not a decoder that works with windows. You’d have to have a program like megui that knows how to call the command-line encoder (which I’m not even sure premiere can do, but you can ask their tech support whether it’s supported)
