First, here is a more recent codec link:

Next, you just have to execute it.
if you wonna be certain it works, open the AC3Filter config in your main menu. Make sure AC3 and DTS are selected in the system menu. After this, open your wmplayer and just enjoy!

If it still doesn’t work, then I don’t know

yo theres a bug. use that link and select your server manually (no i dont mean nothin hard, you just click a server) probly has to do w/ windows xp
