My Windows 7 Media Player won’t play the video from quicktime files. I get the audio, but not the video. It should work according to their 'help' menu, but so far no luck.

Do you have any other media player installed on your computer? You should try another player to see it’s the problem of your video or Windows media player.
Sometimes the software setup by the system itself is not so conveniently to use. Here are some other choices like VLC and Macgo , movist are all ok.
Not only Windows Media Player could play videos on Windows. Other free video software like Macgo free media player could playback dvd movies and other format movies like Video CD, MKV, MOV, AVI, FLV, WMV, MP4, MPEG, RMVB, MP3, WMA smoothly.

Hello all, I have a dell Latitude D630 had win 7 home premium upgraded to win 10. I copy ULR from YT and open ULR on windows media player but I get error msg (may not support file) what other media player can I download so I can download music to my desktop. Thanks
