hi, yesterday I was recording a video on my Samsung Omnia HD and minutes ago I tried to watch it on my computer via Windows Media Player 11. So, the problem is that there was no video, but the audio was perfect. Does anyone know what seems to cause this problem?
tnx in advance

I had to look for samples of that. Apparently they’re MP4 files (with H.264 video and AAC audio, which normally don’t play in WMP, unless you have a filter like Haali’s Media Splitter - which could be bundled as part of a codec pack, or QuickTime Alternative. Even then, the splitters don’t work 100% of the time.
You have several options.
- Play the file in Media Player Classic - Home Cinema
- Play the file in VLC Media Player
- Play the file in QuickTime Player
If you have Windows 7, Windows Media Player 12 will natively play MP4 files without needing external filters or codecs.
