Plz help my Sony MP4 Player wont play mp4,avi, ne thing video

i buy sony mp4 and when i load a video file then enter movie icon it say no files

i just followed the instructions you told us but as i have downloaded an “amv” file format movie, the mp4 player was trying to read it but all it was doing was just initializing all day long...pls help me with my problem...tnx!!

I got a chinese TIP4. Instruction manual is unintelligible english. Anyone got an undersandable english manual

my player have the capacity of 2GB, now it shows only 233mb only what is the problem ?
