Hey! It’s Muneer The solution to your problem i.e. you’ve got some disk error problem with your mp4 player right! Do one thing just connect it to your PC and format it as a FAT drive and then upload whatever you want. It shall work.
If you formatted the mp4, try creating a new folder, named Music , and put music in there. The mp4 has to be able to recognize the folder name to be able to play it right. I’m still looking for a folder name for Videos that will play it.
I have a Naxa mp3 player. I cant’t download any music on it. Everytime I go to music it says empty disk. I had music on it before, but I erased them cause they wasn’t playin right. Now I can’t put any songs on there. So if there is anybody who knows the solution to my problem please help me. Thank you
I have the same problem its retarded and wene i plug it into the computer it says that i already have to much music on it but i earased the hole album in my mp4 please help.... i will thank u so much please!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here is the answer to your guy’s problems!
Problem 1: The mp4 player keeps saying Empty Disk - All you need to do is get Windows Media Player. Then go to the Library folder in Windows Media Player and click on Music. A list of your music that has been downloaded to your computer should be on there. Find the button that says “sync” on the top right corner and then click on it. Drag the music you want to put on your device into the sync list. Make sure your device is plugged in when you do this. Then press “start sync” and then after that is through you can unplug your device and you should have the music your device! Tada!
Problem 2: It keeps saying disk error when I try to go into my folders - Go to settings on your mp4 and go down the list till you see format device. Click on that and wait for it to finish formatting. Then, transfer music onto the mp4 and you will be able to go to your folders. Tada!
Hope this helped you all!
You have to connect the MP4 player to your computer then go to control panel, then computer , then click on the device, then right click on the device and click on format. You will lose all data on the MP4 player but once it has been reformated it will work fine. The format option returns it to like new condition.
