yes you can change it. for this you need an software “mkvmerge GUI”. after installing it you need an audio language . wich you can download it from many different site like:-
for english audio go to :-www.audio-track.com/en.
there is no proper solution known for this but here is one thing you can do what i tried to save the taste of my HD movies get spoiled....
1. download your movie again in lowest possible format available on the web..let’s say in 3gp format.(some 750 mb file should be available in around 150mb. which is not a bad deal)
2. play both of your files using different media player.
i suggest you to use vlc for both these files. one vlc which is available on internet and other one which is available on windows store.
3. and lastly, try to sync audio and video of both files.

I am looking for the same thing but for different reasons. I see most of the comments on here are by children. I guess there are not any websites that offer spanish audio for english movies. Or American movies in mexican language.
